You may not realize it; however, you are an individual that possesses many different unique strengths. Each of us has a certain amount of education and life experiences that contribute to the many strengths that we possess. We may have acquired these strengths through various jobs that we held in the past, volunteering with various types of organizations, hobbies that we take interest in, or simply by parenting. By taking a career tests, these strengths are properly identified.
By gaining the strengths that we have from our educational, professional, and personal experiences, we have developed a certain skill set. Being a stay at home mother, for example, provides a number of strengths and skills that many major corporations will take into consideration. These include being in an environment that is constantly experiencing changes, leading others, and multitasking. Many individuals take it for granted that such positions provide these strengths and skills.
